Three cheers for Aberdeen beer festival thanks to Arrowdawn support

Arrowdawn, an award-winning integrated IT networking and communications specialist, is backing a popular Aberdeen beer festival.

Thousands of ale lovers are expected to descend on Pittodrie Stadium as part of the 28th Great Grampian Beer Festival, organised by the Aberdeen, Grampian and Northern Isles CAMRA branch.

Aberdeen-based Arrowdawn is again sponsoring this year’s beer tokens. Additionally, the company’s managing director Gordon Adie has been selected as one of the judges to help decide the best ale.

He said: “We’re delighted to continue our support of this long-running festival. It’s an important event in the Aberdeen social calendar and I’m sure it will prove to be a big hit with fans of real ale.”

The three-day event kicks off on Thursday, May 29 from 4pm until midnight. It re-opens on Friday, May 30 from 3pm until midnight and on Saturday, May 31 from noon until 11pm.

The entry fee of £5 includes a commemorative beer festival glass, which may be used for free re-entry to the festival at later sessions.
